A STEP BY STEP GUIDE FROM ORDERING TO DELIVERY

Weddings can be complicated affairs with lots to organise.  To help demystify and simplify the process for you I have put together a step by step guide

Step 1

Lock it in

Dates get booked up quickly so once you know when you will be holding your wedding it is best to check my availability.

As it is only myself that does the designing, baking & decorating I have limited weekly slots.

A £100 booking fee will secure your date in my diary.  This is based on a first come first served basis and is non-refundable.  I cannot secure a date without the booking fee.

Don't worry if you have not finalised your ideas or colour schemes, these can be discussed at a later date.

Step 2

The fun begins

Once your date is secured we can arrange a cake consultation or zoom call.  This is a great time for us to discuss your cake so please bring along any colour schemes, inspiration and stationary you already have.  Taster boxes for you to try a selection of my cakes are available on various dates through the year.  This ensures that my cakes are always as fresh as possible!

After the consultation I will provide you with a detailed drawing and quote.

Step 3

Firm it up

The final step will happen two months before your big day.  I will be in touch with the final confirmations and the final balance is now due.

The delivery and set up can be liaised directly with the venue so you will have nothing else to worry about!
